Job Summary
Accountable for the Central US region's P&L performance, the full-time Regional General Manager will manage local execution of company strategy across therapist visits, patient access, and partner relationships while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full Central US regional P&L, including revenue growth and cost management
- Develop regional forecasts, budgets, and operating plans aligned to company targets
- Drive regional growth through strong physician relationships and partner execution
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations
- P&L ownership in prior experience with accountability for growth and profitability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience leading in a matrixed or shared services model
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
