Job Summary
Accountable for the Western US region's P&L performance, the full-time Regional General Manager, Market Performance will manage local execution of company strategy, ensuring growth and operational excellence while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full Western US regional P&L, driving revenue growth and cost management
- Develop and execute regional forecasts, budgets, and operating plans aligned with company targets
- Lead through influence in a matrixed environment, aligning functional partners to regional priorities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, specifically in multi-site in-home or outpatient rehab services
- Proven P&L ownership experience with accountability for growth and profitability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred background in physical therapy (PT) or occupational therapy (OT)
- Experience leading in a matrixed or shared services model
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making
