Job Summary
To drive operational excellence and revenue growth, the full-time Regional Manager will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and develop installation teams while working remotely from Texas, Louisiana, or Arkansas.
Key responsibilities
- Direct daily operations and manage budgets to exceed Profit and Loss targets
- Develop and train installation teams, ensuring recruitment and onboarding of subcontractors
- Build customer relationships and implement business strategies to grow revenue across assigned regions
Required qualifications

- Proven history as a team leader in managing branch operations
