Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Regional Manager, Massachusetts will drive placement growth and provide exceptional support to hosts and participants in the Summer Work and Travel program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team focused on sales to new hosts, renewing existing relationships, and sourcing host families within a defined territory
- Set sales goals and provide coaching to team members to exceed seasonal targets
- Create and deploy community events to engage hosts and maximize sales opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years of previous sales experience, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
- 3-5 years of people management experience preferred
- Strong technology proficiency, including experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
