Regional Manager of Clinical Applications
Job Summary
To support a dedicated team delivering quality radiology services, the full-time Regional Manager of Clinical Applications will manage Clinical Applications Specialists, collaborate with various stakeholders, and oversee the resolution of clinical workflow issues in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Clinical Applications Specialists while coordinating regional support and training
- Collaborate with IT Operations and leadership to assess and fulfill functional needs related to Clinical Applications
- Monitor and resolve service tickets and issues, ensuring service levels are maintained within expected ranges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, clinical, life sciences, information technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience with RIS/PACS/Report Generation, with a background in cross-sectional imaging or information systems
- Prior management experience is preferred
- Proficiency in total workflow review and experience leading teams through projects
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work harmoniously with various organizational levels
