Regional Manager of Clinical Applications
Job Summary
To support the delivery of quality patient care, the full-time Regional Manager of Clinical Applications in Radiologist Support will manage a team of Clinical Applications Specialists, collaborate with various stakeholders to address business needs, and oversee the resolution of technical issues in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor Clinical Applications Specialists while ensuring effective regional support
- Collaborate with IT Operations and leadership to assess and deliver on clinical application needs
- Monitor and resolve service tickets and issues related to Clinical Applications and Radiologist workflows
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, clinical, life sciences, information technology, or related field
- Technologist background with cross-sectional imaging experience or IS Professional background
- 10+ years of RIS/PACS/Report Generation experience, with prior management experience preferred
- Proficiency in total workflow review and experience leading teams through projects
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work harmoniously with individuals at all organizational levels
