Regional Manager of Clinical Applications
Job Summary
To support a dedicated team in delivering quality radiology services, the full-time Regional Manager of Clinical Applications will manage Clinical Applications Specialists, collaborate with various stakeholders, and oversee issue resolution and project coordination in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Clinical Applications Specialists while collaborating with IT Operations and leadership to meet functional business needs
- Monitor and resolve service tickets and issues related to Clinical Applications and Radiologist workflows
- Coordinate training and support for new system implementations and maintain local relationships with Radiologists and Medical Directors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, clinical, life sciences, information technology, or a related field
- Technologist background with cross-sectional imaging experience or an IS Professional background
- 10+ years of RIS/PACS/Report Generation experience, with prior management experience preferred
- Proficiency in total workflow review and experience leading teams through various projects
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels within the organization
