Regional Manager, Summer Work

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team in a remote environment, the full-time Regional Manager, Summer Work will drive placement growth, manage host relationships, and ensure exceptional support for participants and community members.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership by managing a team focused on acquiring new hosts and renewing existing relationships
• Create outreach strategies and develop community events to enhance host engagement and sales
• Track and report sales and placement results while consulting with hosts on hiring strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7 years of previous sales experience, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
• 3-5 years of people management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
