Job Summary

Leading a remote team focused on aggressive placement growth, the full-time Regional Manager, Summer Work will manage host employer relationships, coach staff in sales practices, and ensure effective participant placements while driving community engagement events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership by managing a team responsible for engaging new hosts and renewing existing relationships
• Set sales goals and pipeline targets for team members, offering agile coaching to exceed seasonal objectives
• Develop and implement community events that deliver value to hosts and maximize sales opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7 years of previous sales success, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
• 3-5 years of people management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite; experience with remote team collaboration
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
