Job Summary
Leading workplace strategy and operational excellence across the Americas, the full-time Regional Manager, Workplace Operations will oversee facilities, employee engagement, and health and safety initiatives while collaborating with various teams to implement a data-informed global workplace strategy in Tacoma, Washington.
Key responsibilities
- Manage delivery of workplace priorities and translate global standards into regional operating plans
- Oversee day-to-day workplace services across multiple locations, ensuring compliance and operational readiness
- Lead workplace projects including openings, relocations, and renovations while managing regional budgets and forecasts
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or a related field
- Proven success managing operations across multiple locations or a regional portfolio
- Strong knowledge of facilities operations, vendor management, and employee engagement
- Experience with workplace management and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
