Regional Medical Lead
Job Summary
As an integral part of the leadership team, the full-time Regional Medical Lead will develop strategic business plans, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and serve as the primary medical contact for decision-makers in the Northeast US, focusing on enhancing patient care and engagement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the regional strategic business plan addressing local challenges and opportunities to improve patient care
- Establish and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives to identify insights for medical collaboration
- Track regional customer experience and use insights to enhance engagement and medical strategy
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Biological Sciences (Pharm.D., M.D., D.O., or Ph.D.) is strongly preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in strategic leadership across therapeutic and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to influence and mobilize colleagues in complex healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of health systems and patient care delivery
- Demonstrated analytical skills to identify key barriers or success factors in medical initiatives
