Regional Operations Leader
Job Summary
Leading operational execution across a defined region of offload partners, the full-time Regional Offloads Operations Leader will ensure alignment to business priorities, operational standards, and customer commitments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee regional offload partners to ensure execution of business commitments and operational standards
- Drive performance improvement through structured problem solving and performance analysis of shop execution
- Facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers to identify risks and close execution gaps
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience for roles in the USA
- Significant experience in Manufacturing & Operation Management for roles outside of the USA
- Proven ability to lead programs and projects effectively
- Experience in applying lean operating practices and FLIGHT DECK principles
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve operational issues
