Job Summary
Driving placement growth across multiple programs, the full-time Regional Placement Coordinator will manage relationships with host employers, secure housing solutions for participants, and support community engagement initiatives in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing host employers to generate placements
- Identify, recruit, and support host families and local coordinators for participant housing solutions
- Execute outreach strategies to engage prospective host employers and expand placement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales experience, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
- Ability to analyze metrics to create strategies
