Regional Placement Coordinator

Job Summary

Driving placement growth across multiple programs, the full-time Regional Placement Coordinator will manage relationships with host employers, secure housing solutions for participants, and support community engagement initiatives while working remotely from Big Sky, Montana.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing host employers to generate placements
• Identify, recruit, and support host families and local coordinators for participant housing solutions
• Execute outreach strategies to engage prospective host employers and expand placement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales success, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
• Ability to analyze metrics and create strategic conclusions
• Energetic, personable, and goal-oriented with a passion for global exchange
