Job Summary
Serving as the principal technical advisor to Regional Directors, the full-time Regional Principal Analyst will provide hands-on technical leadership, support complex incident response, and drive operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead regional technical initiatives and ensure quality standards across service delivery
- Provide technical escalation support for complex cases and assist with Principal technical development
- Conduct technical QA reviews and identify opportunities for operational improvements based on case data
Required qualifications
- Expert-level experience in incident handling and managing complex incident response investigations
- Deep expertise in attack vectors, threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
- Advanced experience in computer forensic analysis and malware analysis
- Expert-level knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Mac, or Linux
- Proven experience developing scripts and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash
