Job Summary
Managing regional client onboarding processes, the full-time Regional Program Manager will lead the Client and Account Readiness Enablement (CARE) workstream, ensuring effective change management and communication strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the CARE workstream within regional transition projects, coordinating with stakeholders for effective change management
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, including client communications and transition bulletins
- Manage training matrices to ensure all transferring employees receive necessary training for their roles and processes
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant business experience, particularly in a matrixed environment
- Current knowledge of Real Estate Management Services business models and clients
- Change Management qualifications are desirable
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, account management, or program management
