Regional Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the National Physical Security Program Electronic Security Systems Services contract for South Region 3, the full-time Regional Program Manager will supervise all contract work, serve as the primary point of contact for the Government, and manage regional service delivery remotely across various locations including the Southeast, Texas, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all work performed under the South Region 3 contract
• Monitor contract performance, service levels, and customer issues while coordinating regional service delivery
• Oversee transition activities and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan and contract performance requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field
• At least 10 years of experience managing security programs of similar size and complexity
• Experience managing electronic security systems and related security programs
• Demonstrated ability to direct and supervise complex, distributed service organizations
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Government suitability and access approvals
