Regional Project Lead
Job Summary
To ensure consistency of Clinical Operations processes across the Asia Pacific region, the full-time Regional Project Lead will streamline project team activities, report study progress to clients and global stakeholders, and oversee site selection and training, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as project management contact for the project team and PSI support services
- Perform study status reviews and progress reporting, ensuring project timelines and enrollment targets are met
- Supervise project team training, site initiation, and compliance with monitoring standards
Required qualifications
- MPharm, RN, or university/college degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years' site monitoring experience with at least 2 years as Lead Monitor, preferably in a regional capacity
- Experience supervising clinical project activities and leading clinical project teams
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project
- Full working proficiency in English
