Job Summary
Leading the Northeast region, the fully remote Regional Service Director will be responsible for full P&L leadership, ensuring branches achieve customer service excellence, growth, and profitability while developing top talent and implementing operational strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure branches meet or exceed financial and operational goals
- Drive outstanding customer service and operational excellence across the region
- Lead talent acquisition and development efforts to build high-performing teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred
- 10 years of experience in industrial distribution with a focus on field and branch leadership
- Demonstrated P&L leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach leaders effectively
