Job Summary
Providing executive leadership and strategic direction, the full-time Regional Vice President will oversee financial, operational, and client relationship functions within the assigned territory, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction in the food service and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns financial performance and operational success across hospitality and food service operations
- Leads client business reviews to ensure strong partnerships and long-term retention
- Develops and communicates long-term strategic plans to achieve growth and enhance market position
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit food service or hospitality management, with at least 5 years at a senior regional or executive level
- Demonstrated success in financial management, strategic planning, and client partnership
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build strong leadership pipelines
- Must reside in or be willing to locate to the Detroit, MI market
