Regional VP of Operations

Job Summary

Leading regional operations for multiple radiology practices, the full-time Regional VP of Operations will manage clinical performance, operational efficiency, and financial results while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee regional P&L performance, driving productivity and margin improvement
• Serve as a senior operational partner to physician leadership and health system executives
• Lead and develop a team of Practice Directors to ensure consistency and accountability across operations

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience in healthcare operations or physician practice management
• Proven ability to lead large, matrixed teams across diverse markets
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and budgeting
• Executive-level communication skills with experience engaging C-suite leaders
• Demonstrated change-management and process-improvement capabilities
