Registered Architect Associate
Job Summary
Working remotely during U.S. Pacific business hours, the full-time Design & Project Associate (Registered Architect) will prepare tenant improvement plans, oversee project management, and create graphic design materials to support leasing and branding efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare tenant improvement schematic floor plans and develop drawings for permits while collaborating with tenants
- Oversee budgeting and contractor negotiations to maintain project efficiency and assist in monitoring timelines and budgets
- Create visually appealing presentations and marketing materials to support branding efforts and maintain the Company website's design
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Must be a Registered Licensed Architect in the Philippines
- 7-10 years of full-time experience in a U.S.-based construction, architectural, or real estate company
- Strong knowledge of technical documentation, U.S. building codes, and permitting processes
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
