Job Summary
Providing evidence-based nutrition care and education, the full-time Registered Dietitian will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized nutrition interventions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy for patients with diverse nutritional needs, focusing on weight management and cardiometabolic risk reduction
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop tailored nutrition prescriptions and care plans based on patient health needs and goals
- Deliver individual and group nutrition education using evidence-based counseling strategies to promote sustainable behavior change
Required qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
- Experience in providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and conducting nutrition assessments
- Knowledge of evidence-based nutrition practices and behavior change strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams
- Proficient in documenting clinical information in electronic health records
