Job Summary
To support a virtual diabetes care program, the contract Registered Dietitian (State Licensed) will conduct nutrition consultations, assess members' nutritional needs, and deliver personalized Medical Nutrition Therapy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual nutrition consultations for members managing Type 2 diabetes and related chronic conditions
- Analyze Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) data to provide tailored dietary recommendations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize member outcomes and monitor progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and licensed in at least one U.S. state
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian
- Experience providing virtual care through telehealth or video conferencing
- Knowledge of diabetes management and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
