Job Summary
Providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and behavior-change coaching, the full-time Registered Dietitian - State Licensed will work remotely to support members managing digestive health conditions through telehealth visits and in-app messaging.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy tailored to individual member needs and digestive health conditions
- Conduct goal-driven coaching sessions via video visits and maintain member engagement through in-app messaging
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure a seamless member experience and complete necessary clinical documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Registered Dietitian certification through CDR
- Active, unrestricted state licensure in the relevant state(s)
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience, preferably managing large caseloads
- Demonstrated experience in behavior change or chronic disease management, particularly in digestive health
