Job Summary

To support a growing virtual specialty medical practice, the part-time Registered Dietitian (State Licensed) will conduct nutrition counseling and weight management education through various telehealth platforms while collaborating with physicians and ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education via phone, video, chat, text, and email
• Provide medication management and support for comorbidities related to obesity under physician supervision
• Engage in remote patient monitoring and collaborate with team physicians to ensure comprehensive care

Required qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration with state licensure
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Ability to incorporate constructive feedback to improve patient interactions
• Must have a HIPAA-compliant workspace with high-speed internet
• Demonstrated comfort with advanced technology, including electronic medical records
