Registered Dietitian - Telehealth

Job Summary

Providing remote nutrition counseling and weight management education, the part-time Registered Dietitian - Telehealth will engage with patients through various digital platforms, support medication management, and collaborate with healthcare providers to improve cardiometabolic health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education via phone, video, chat, text, and email
• Provide medication management and support for comorbidities related to obesity under physician supervision
• Engage in remote patient monitoring and support patients with dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications

Required qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Must have a HIPAA-friendly workspace with high-speed internet
• Comfortable with advanced technology, including electronic medical records
• Flexible schedule with a commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
