Registered Dietitian - Telehealth

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual practice, the part-time Registered Dietitian - Telehealth will conduct nutrition counseling and weight management education while collaborating with physicians to provide comprehensive care remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education via various communication methods
• Provide medication management and support for comorbidities related to obesity under physician supervision
• Engage in remote patient monitoring and collaborate with team physicians to ensure comprehensive care

Required qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Ability to adapt communication techniques for a diverse patient population
• Must have a HIPAA-compliant workspace with high-speed internet
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week and cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere
