Job Summary

Providing expert investment advisory services through a remote call center, the full-time Registered Financial Consultant will educate clients on their financial needs, facilitate transactions, and conduct consultative conversations to recommend tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide benefit event education to clients, helping them understand their investment and risk-based needs
• Facilitate transactions and coordinate introductions to specialized teams to support customer goals
• Conduct consultative conversations to assess financial objectives and recommend tailored investment solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Ability to obtain approval as a registered representative across all 50 states and Washington, D.C
• Detailed knowledge of retail investment products and employer-sponsored retirement plans
• Proficiency with computer desktop technology and digital communication mediums
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate confidence in decision-making
