Registered Nurse Clinical Data Specialist

Job Summary

To support an innovative AI-driven clinical data annotation team, the remote contract Registered Nurse Clinical Data Specialist will review and annotate AI agent interactions for clinical accuracy, safety, and guideline adherence, with a commitment of 20 to 40 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Review recorded and simulated AI agent interactions, applying clinical judgment to assess accuracy and safety
• Score and annotate agent performance using structured evaluation rubrics aligned with clinical practice guidelines
• Identify clinical safety concerns and provide actionable feedback to clinical and product teams

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States; compact license preferred
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in bedside nursing, case management, or related fields
• Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of evidence-based protocols and clinical practice guidelines
• Ability to review written transcripts and apply structured rubrics with attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills for clear documentation of feedback and corrections
