Registered Nurse Clinical Operations

Job Summary

To support patient education and navigation of specialty therapies, the part-time Registered Nurse Clinical Operations will deliver telephonic clinical assessments and education, focusing on patient needs and compliance from a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide disease- and therapy-specific education to patients and caregivers
• Identify and address patient needs related to therapy use and escalate concerns appropriately
• Document clinical assessments and interventions accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of residence required
• 2 years of patient-centered care or disease management nursing experience preferred
• Ability to support compliance program objectives
• Capacity to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
