Registered Nurse Clinical Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance training execution and learner performance, the fully remote Associate Clinical Training Manager (RN) will coordinate training delivery, monitor readiness, and support trainers while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own training execution by coordinating schedules, materials, and logistics while adhering to approved delivery standards
• Monitor learner progress and readiness indicators, recommending targeted interventions and escalating issues as necessary
• Prepare training updates and reports for stakeholders, ensuring visibility of risks and action items related to training performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Active or current nursing license preferred or required based on program and jurisdictional requirements
• 2-4 years of training and/or leadership experience in training delivery, coaching, or program coordination
• Experience in monitoring learner performance and supporting coaching follow-through preferred
• Healthcare operations experience, such as UM, CM, or clinical abstraction, preferred
