Job Summary

To support a Clinical Engagement Services Center, the part-time Clinical Nurse will engage members telephonically, schedule clinician consultations, and provide patient education while working remotely with a Registered Nurse Compact License.

Key responsibilities

• Engage members telephonically and schedule clinician consultations for clinical programs
• Utilize prescription claims data to develop clinical recommendations in line with Medication Therapy Management protocols
• Provide patient education regarding medication regimens and disease-state management

Required qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate license
• Strong understanding of disease-state management guidelines
• 1+ year of experience working remotely/independently within a cross-functional team environment
• Strong knowledge of the 5 Core Elements of Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Ability to navigate approved MTM platforms and work efficiently across multiple databases and applications
