Job Summary
Supporting patients during their Annual Wellness Visits, the full-time Registered Nurse - Compact State will prepare comprehensive charts, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review AWV charts to enhance provider efficiency and compliance
- Maintain accurate patient records and utilize electronic health record systems effectively
- Communicate key patient summaries and findings to providers prior to virtual visits
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN or LPN/LVN license in a compact state
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in relevant settings
- Experience providing high-volume patient care in a telehealth environment
- Proficient with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Dedicated, private home workspace suitable for confidential patient interactions
