Registered Nurse Education Specialist

Job Summary

To support site-based learning needs, the full-time remote Registered Nurse Education Specialist will oversee data collection, quality improvement activities, and collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality educational experiences and compliance with accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage site-based learning experiences and ensure achievement of educational outcomes
• Conduct ongoing program reviews and prepare analytics reports to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with accreditation standards and facilitate site vetting processes

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program; doctorate preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical coordination or clinical placement in an academic or clinical setting
• Experience managing remote teams and working in a matrix environment
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license; additional state licenses may be required
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in an accredited program, with a preference for online higher education experience
