Job Summary
Leading a team of virtual nurses, the remote Nurse Manager will coordinate and evaluate clinical care delivery, ensuring high standards through training, mentorship, and operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of virtual nurses, fostering a culture of kindness and teamwork
- Provide ongoing clinical support and assist with training and onboarding of new hires
- Collaborate with Clinical and Operations Leadership to meet quality and scheduling needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in multiple states, with CA and compact licenses highly preferred
- Triage and Critical Care experience required
- At least one year of Charge Nurse/Clinical Management/Leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in using multiple EMRs and communication applications, with EPIC proficiency preferred
