Registered Nurse Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the remote Registered Nurse Manager in Clinical Stewardship Operations will implement and manage stewardship programs, ensuring clinical accuracy and client satisfaction through effective relationship building and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the clinical subject matter expert for stewardship within Client Operations & Partnerships
• Manage multiple complex stewardship implementations simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client goals
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution while analyzing client data to provide actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) required; BSN preferred
• 5+ years of combined clinical and non-clinical experience, including onboarding and program management
• Experience in a health plan, PBM, health system, digital health, or care management setting
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google applications and project management tools such as Monday.com and MS Project
