Registered Nurse Practice Education Specialist

Job Summary

To support site-based learning needs, the full-time Registered Nurse Practice Education Specialist will manage data collection, oversee quality improvement activities, and collaborate with internal and external partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality educational experiences for learners and faculty, focusing on site-based learning quality and outcomes
• Conduct site vetting, manage affiliation requests, and maintain compliance with accreditation standards
• Prepare and submit analytics reports summarizing findings and recommendations based on learner performance data

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program; a doctorate in Nursing or related field is preferred
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license; additional state licenses may be required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical coordination or clinical placement in an academic or clinical setting
• Significant experience managing remote teams and working in a matrix environment
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in an accredited program; online higher education teaching experience preferred
