Registered Nurse Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator will ensure the quality and integrity of peer review case reports while working remotely, adhering to client agreements and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify that clinical citations are accurate and sourced from reputable medical journals
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN nursing license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and laboratory values
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
