Job Summary
Leading clinical quality and patient safety initiatives, the full-time Registered Nurse Quality Manager will collaborate with physician leaders and operational partners to enhance patient outcomes and support evidence-based care delivery in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical quality and patient safety strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Identify opportunities for improvement through analysis of clinical and operational performance data
- Design and evaluate quality improvement initiatives using established methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, or clinical quality management
- Experience leading quality improvement initiatives within large healthcare organizations
- Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) strongly preferred
