Registered Nurse - Senior Care

Job Summary

To support the Senior Care Service line, the part-time hourly Registered Nurse - Senior Care will utilize innovative nursing processes to provide care via two-way phone and video technology, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents using telehealth technologies
• Coordinate clinical and operational components of the Senior Care Service line, ensuring quality and effective nursing practice
• Document clinical work, manage after-hours patient calls, and facilitate communication among healthcare teams

Required qualifications

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with a focus on Long Term Care or Assisted Living preferred
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted state license required within 120 days of hire
• Gerontological Certification and MDS experience preferred
• Completion of state-specific certification/education within required timeframes
