Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Registered Nurse Team Lead will manage daily operations of direct reports, provide clinical guidance, and drive team performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and address clinical and administrative concerns to ensure safety and compliance
- Monitor team performance, manage KPI goals, and uphold clinical practice standards

Required qualifications
- Currently active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
