Registered Nurse - Telephonic Triage

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Registered Nurse - Telephonic Triage, the successful candidate will manage a high volume of incoming calls, provide injury assessments using proprietary algorithms, and document interactions while adhering to HIPAA compliance during evening shifts from 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and document a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from clients in a call center environment
• Conduct accurate assessments of symptoms and concerns utilizing Medcor's Triage Algorithms
• Monitor and track individual and call center productivity metrics while providing superior customer service

Required qualifications

• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Access to a private space in the home for patient privacy and high-speed internet
• Willingness to work every other weekend and major U.S. holidays
• Strong technological skills and ability to work on a computer for long periods
