Registered Pharmacy Technician Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the fully remote Pharmacy Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure Pharmacy Operations comply with CMS and NCQA standards while driving process improvements and supporting audits.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance policies and procedures to align with CMS/NCQA requirements
- Conduct internal and delegated audits, monitoring pharmacy operations and recommending corrective actions
- Develop and deliver training on new regulatory requirements, administering exams as necessary
Required qualifications
- Registered Pharmacy Technician certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of healthcare experience
- Experience with SQL data queries and report generation is a plus
- Familiarity with CVS Caremark PBM Reports
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads professionally
