Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary

To support the growth of an innovative e-commerce business, the remote Registered Respiratory Therapist will analyze home sleep test results, provide equipment recommendations, and drive sales of CPAP and BiPAP products while ensuring excellent customer service and communication with patients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze home sleep test results and communicate findings to customers while addressing their questions and concerns
• Provide equipment recommendations based on test results and physician orders, ensuring alignment with individual treatment plans
• Drive sales of respiratory therapy equipment and follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and reinforce commitment to therapy

Required qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2-3 years of DME experience; sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT) preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and recommend appropriate CPAP and BiPAP equipment
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) specific to Sleep Apnea and CPAP products
• Experience in providing virtual demonstrations and education on respiratory therapy equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
