Job Summary
To support compliance across dietary supplement product lines, the full-time Regulatory Affairs Specialist will review and approve promotional materials, ensure product claims are substantiated, and maintain regulatory documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and approve promotional materials for compliance with FDA and FTC standards
- Support the claims substantiation process by organizing evidence and maintaining records
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide updates to cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of regulatory affairs experience in dietary supplements
- Working understanding of FDA and FTC regulations related to product claims
- Experience reviewing labels and promotional materials for compliance
- Familiarity with DSHEA and 21 CFR Part 111
- Bachelor's degree in a life science, food science, or related field
