Job Summary

Leading project delivery for clinical and regulatory consulting engagements, the full-time remote Regulatory Associate Principal will manage multiple workstreams, synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations, and ensure high-quality outputs for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagements from kickoff to delivery by translating client objectives into actionable workplans and ensuring timely execution
• Synthesize findings across analyses to create cohesive, decision-ready outputs while maintaining rigorous quality control
• Manage mid-level client relationships, proactively addressing issues and overseeing project budgets to ensure profitable delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, biomedical sciences, or public health
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting or within pharma/biotech regulatory environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and integrate multiple workstreams into cohesive outputs
• Strong client relationship management skills with experience in proactively managing expectations
• Proven commercial acumen, including oversight of project budgets and scope
