Regulatory Compliance Associate

Job Summary

Supporting regulatory research and compliance initiatives, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Associate will manage licensing, filings, and examinations while ensuring timely implementation of regulatory obligations in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory research and monitor applicable federal and state requirements affecting business operations
• Maintain licensing and filing calendars, coordinating the preparation of applications and supporting documentation
• Assist with regulatory reviews of new products and processes, identifying gaps in current policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, legal studies, compliance, finance, business, public policy, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal research, or financial-services operations
• Experience with maintaining regulatory calendars and preparing filings is preferred
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex requirements
• Familiarity with federal and state regulatory research and compliance systems
