Regulatory Compliance Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting product compliance activities across various business units, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Engineer will ensure that products meet global regulatory and customer compliance requirements while collaborating with engineering, quality, sourcing, and R&D teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations related to products and services
- Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and standards, while monitoring compliance efforts related to various global regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify compliance gaps and provide recommendations for effective solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, product compliance, or quality systems
- Working knowledge of global product compliance and regulatory requirements such as EMC, PED, RoHS, and REACH
- Experience interpreting technical regulations and translating them into business processes
- Familiarity with standards like 21 CFR Part 11, USP, EP, EDQM, or similar is preferred
