Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing multi-state technology-enabled transportation network, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Manager will manage day-to-day regulatory compliance efforts across various markets, ensuring operational processes meet regulatory requirements while working remotely with minimal travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regulatory readiness for new-market launches, translating requirements into operational processes and timelines
• Oversee ongoing driver and vehicle compliance, ensuring all requirements are met and documentation is maintained
• Execute and maintain operational compliance programs, managing regulatory filings, audits, and reporting across jurisdictions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within transportation, healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Proven track record of hands-on compliance execution and program management
• Experience working across multiple states or jurisdictions is preferred
• Ability to translate regulations into clear operational processes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
